Cancellation Policy

All orders and cancellations MUST be in by Noon on Saturday.

It is very important to us that everyone complies with this deadline.

When we receive last minute cancellations, our order has already been placed and your delivery has already been paid for, by us.

So when you cancel last minute,

we lose money.

Bin Care

In order to help keep our costs down, please unlaod your bin right away, give it a quick wipe or rinse and leave to dry. Walla! Clean bin!

When veg. scraps are left in the bins, with the lid on, especially with the warmer days... it is really hard to get the composting, rank smell and stains out!

So please, just give it a quick rinse for us, it is greatly appreciated!
